Michael P. Bruning

Mr. Bruning's practice focuses on all aspects of complex commercial and business litigation, including real estate, insurance defense, business tort, construction, employment, collection and landlord tenant litigation.

Mr. Bruning also has vast experience in consumer financial services litigation, where he represented mortgage lenders and other large financial services institutions in litigation involving creditors' rights, foreclosures, and real estate matters.

In addition, he has been involved in class action litigation and qui tam actions. Mr. Bruning has successfully argued before Florida's trial and appellate courts and brings an extensive background as a trial attorney to Kachroo Legal Services, P.C.

Mr. Bruning is admitted to practice in Massachusetts, Florida and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida. He was also selected by Florida Super Lawyers Magazine as a "Rising Star" in 2010, a recognition given to less than 2% of lawyers in Florida. In law school, Mr. Bruning served as Vice President of the Florida International University College of Law Moot Court Board.
